UNSIGNED, deliberately. The signing job runs only for master and tags, so a
branch build has no Authenticode signature. Windows will warn. Do not
redistribute this file and do not mistake it for a release.

It exists to test the new --check-signature option, which reads the signature
of a file you point it at:

  WinHTTrack.exe --check-signature <path to a signed installer>

The subject of that test is the published signed 3.50-beta-3, unaffected by
this build and still where it always was:
